Why Super Human?
We started this business because we wanted to make fitness accessible to everyone. Super Human Home Fitness is a small female run business. My education background is in kinesiology, biomechanics and psychology. I have worked directly with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, and have also helped develop health tech to help people with mobility challenges, mental health, and chronic conditions move and work without pain. As someone who struggled with their health from a young age and had to take research into my own hands, I have found joy in teaching others and making tools accessible for everyone so they can feel better too!
By supporting Super Human, you are helping our dreams come true and funding philanthropic technology and research that supports individuals in chronic pain. I do not profit off of the technology I design, and the businesses I run help fund my passion project to help empower people with data, resources and tracking to understand how to live their best lives.

How do you choose your products?
I have a sports/kinesiology background and research the most effective products to stock our store with. The products we use are ones we recommend for our clients and top trainers and guides recommend for the most efficient results. I have them in my own home gym, and recommend them to get a total body workout that can often be tough to achieve with limited space, time or budget. We prioritize premium equipment that is portable, versatile and convenient to store. We also like providing equipment that is accessible for all fitness levels with a variety of possible exercises to prevent boredom!
Lastly, we are also open to feedback, so we also stock products when there is enough demand or requests for them, so if you think of something that you want to see us have, please contact us!
Why don't you stock weights, benches, or racks?
We recently added a set of adjustable dumbbells by (very) popular demand, but in general we steer clear of products that are large and expensive to ship to keep costs low for customers. We ship free worldwide and are a small business. We don't want to risk products becoming damaged, backordered or have timelines prevent you from getting started. If you want our suggestions for reputable sites to order from, please message us and we will be happy to help.
When will I get my order?
We offer worldwide shipping, so timelines are largely dependent on your location and the product you ordered. Since COVID, we have noticed a surge in shipping delays and once the products leave our hands, we are unable to guarantee timelines unless you choose a courier service instead of free shipping. In general, please allow 15-20 business days for delivery. Once we receive your order, we will process your request within 1-3 business days and provide you with information about when to expect delivery. If you are keen to get started and are not interested in wait times, please contact us directly and we can provide quotes for 2-3 day delivery (again, depending on location). As we grow we will work to improve our shipping times. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience during these ultra strange times.
Why didn't I get all of my order in one shipment?
In order to provide you with the best prices (and free shipping!) we stock inventory with some of our partners worldwide, and we also stock inventory in Canada. When you place your order, we will ship from the warehouse closest with the items closest to you, sometimes all of your items will be shipped from the same place and sometimes they will come in separate shipments.
How do returns/exchanges work?
